The Odyssey Webquest – Scoring Criteria
All research questions should be answered thoroughly with complete sentences and typed in an acceptable font no larger than 12 point. Answers are due on Thursday, December 11th at the beginning of the hour. There is a 5 point per day late penalty. If your assignment is turned in more than three days late, your score will be a zero for the assignment. Points will be distributed as follows:
PART I – Odysseus (15 points) TOTAL:_______
You will need to read through some information to find the answers for the three questions. Each answer is worth 5 points, so make sure you answer the questions thoroughly and in your own words if you want full credit. Do not copy other students or let someone copy you! If you do, you BOTH will receive zeroes!
PART II – Ancient Greek Customs (20 points) TOTAL:_______
Once again you will need to be able to summarize the main points of a lot of information. Don’t just copy what you read. Type your answers in your own words. These are worth five points each. At least three sentences for each term would be ideal and a great idea.
FINAL TOTAL: 35 points TOTAL:_______
Make sure you have a heading in the upper left corner of your paper that looks like the following:
Your Name(s)
